Workgroup or Enterprise?

Hi Oracle Users,

Can any one from their experience or otherwise let me know whether to use Oracle Enterprise 7.x or Oracle Workgroup 7.x ?

We are planning to roll out a product using PB 5.0 and Oracle. Number of users on database can vary from 25 to 150, depending on the customer requirement. The application is on transaction processing. And part of the database is distributed. Performance and stability is one of the key issue. Database size anyway is quite low. 5 GB initially, and could go upto 20 GB in 3-5 years time.

What could be preferred OS to implement ?

How could cost get affected ?
