Why don't work 'Run Form Web' in Forms6i-rev2 + W2K?

Hi!
I've installed Forms6i-rev2 with Form Server Listener on windows2000 but when I wanted to start 'Run Form Web' from Forms Form Server don't start. Anybody can help me? Thanks a lot!
