ORA-06400: How to take out this error?

I installed Oracle Server 8.04 in my Novell Server 4.11 but when I do the following command sequence I get an error.

MY_SERVER_NW411: oraload <E> //..This part run fine, but...

MY_SERVER_NW411: orastart <E> //..When I run this, I get the following.
.
.
.

Oracle Server Manager Release 3.0.3.0.0 - Production

ORA-06400: NETCMN: No default host string specified Password:****** <E>

ORA-06400: NETCMN: No default host string specified.
LCC-00161: Message 161 not found; product RDBMS80; facility=MGR
ORA-06400: NETCMN: No default host string specified

Because my inexperience I don't know what this mean and from where become.

Please if somebody there have idea how install, avoid this error or even better take out this one, please help me.
