Veritas Netbackup - cold backup problem with more than one thread

We are planning to do cold Oracle backups with Veritas Netbackup using start/stop scripts to shutdown/startup Oracle during backup. The problem is that when the first thread finishes of muliple filesystems in the class, the start script runs. It needs to start Oracle after the full backup is complete, not after the first filesystems completes.

Is there a way to configure the "end" script to run only after the full backup is complete or do we need to add more intellegence to the start/stop scripts?
