Why not run one listener for both databases? On one server, I have three different Oracle versions (7.3.4, 8.0.4, & 8.0.5) running and I'm only using one listener. Make sure and configure the listener.ora file to listen for all the databases. But if you need to run two listeners, make sure that they are listening on different ports. Then you'll have to make sure that your clients go to the appropriate port.
