OEM tool and HP-UX

TO ALL: Is there anyone using the Oracle enterprise manager successfully? I'm working with the Oracle team in my company and we are having what seems to be time out problems. We are using the OEM on NT and the client is an HP-UX box running 10.20 with the Oracle 8.0.4 listner.

What we are doing is very simple, we set up the OEM tools to run an OS command, let's say "ls", we say " run now", what should happen is that it should go to the HP box...run the ls... and complete. What I see on the HP with netstat is a FIN_WAIT_2 attached to the port.

This is very random, sometimes this actually works fine, other times not. Any help or insight would be great.
