please help: oracle net8 easy config can not start

I just installed oracle8 for nt server and can not start oracle net8 easy config. when try to start, get a java runing about 98% cpu power making the 686 computer like a snail... please help. thanks TIA. Received on Sun Oct 25 1998 - 08:26:52 CST
