Project Leaders (ref. - 98/10P)Role
To plan and co-ordinate all software development activities within a specific market area. This will involve managing and motivating a number of design and development teams, producing and monitoring both long and short term development and resource plans, and liaising closely with both clients and Northland’s Sales and Marketing team.Skills Required
· 7+ years experience managing large scale IT projects
· Experience of managing a team of Software Developers
· Excellent organisational and communication skills
· Experience of both supplier and customer management
· Strong commercial awareness combined with business analysis skills

Software Developers (ref. - 98/10S)Role To create robust, innovative solutions at the very heart of the client’s solution by translating system design documents and models into high quality software systems. Skills Required · Minimum 4 years experience in a commercial software development environment · Two or more of the following: OO, SQL Server, SQL Windows, Visual Basic, C++, Windows MFC, Windows NT, NetWare, OS/2 · Self reliant team player who balances creativity with a disciplined approach to work
