You might find the conversion kits that are freely available from http://alliance.oracle.com/ to be of some help. they include software/documentation that will automate many of the tasks and the documentation gives you a cookbook to work around some of the differences you will find during the conversion.
You need a user/password to access this sight and can sign up immediately at that (no charge). they will email you a password and you can download the kits...
