When I first saw this message I too was a bit taken aback by it.
However, if you add a redo log file you might clear up the problem.
8.0.4 on NT by default only creates 2 log files. You can get this
message during a log switch while the database is loading on an import.
Check to make sure you have more then 2 redo log files.
