What Oracle knowledge required for ERP implementation?

Hi there,



Looks ERP (SAP/Baan/PeopleSoft) implementation is very hot. To be a
basic ERP/SAP consultant for implentation, what aspect of Oracle
knowledge are required? Seems the requiment should be less demanding
than a typical DBA?
