An OEM question

Hello,
I have a question about enterprise manager. I connect with system/manager and create a job running SQL*Plus: spool scott.txt;
select * from scott.emp;
spool off;
/
Execute immediately and submit the job. But response:
ORA-03114:not connected to ORACLE
Could you tell me what's the problem?
