Newbie Question About Report Review Agent

Forgive the newbie question.

I'm trying to configure the Report Review Agent for Oracle Applications Release 10.7 NCA on Windows NT 4.0. The manula (page 5-8) says I have to configure the "File Server:Enabled" and "File Server:Maximum Transfer Size" profile options.

Where do I find these options?
