pl/sql debugger products ?

hi everyone...

i am new to pl/sql development.. i am used to the IDE's that come with products like C++ compilers, Delphi, and Paradox.

what are my options for debuggers in the pl/sql programming area ?

i have heard of products like sql/station and procedure builder - but have not seen them or used them. are there any others.. ? i did call platinum and got some cursory pricing info on sql/station .. (WOW) i could not believe!!! that they wanted 13,000 USD for a two user license...(we are a very small shop and just getting into this area)

any help, suggestions, recommendations would be greatly appreciated
