How good is Oracle Change management Tool?

How good is Oracle Change management Tool? I want to be able to modify table structures to my hearts content (dropping columns, renaming, etc..) while preserving existing data and also migrate tables over easily from another Oracle database.

From all the brochures it seems to do what I want it to do for me but has anybody else actually used it yet? Did it work as advertised? Was it as easy as the demos seem to show? Were there occasional glitches or problems, or even limitations?
