How to complie pro*c program

I am trying to compile an old pro*C program on HP 10.2 with oracle
7.3.3.


I have a proc.mk and a script like sample.pc.



Can somebody e-mail me directly what steps should be taken.



I tried the instructions in proc.mk file but I am confused because I
have never done


it before.
