Hi Prashant,

    From what I have heard and read I suspect the problem is an NT problem and is totally unrelated to Oracle. Users who have run one of SCO, SOLARIS, LINUX, BDS, Free BSD and NT on the same hardware configuration report that the UNIX variants are much, much faster than NT.
