Q: Auto-skip feature using Dev2000 forms on web not working

Our Devleoper 2000 v1.2.1 forms work fine in Devleoper 2000, text-based on dumb terminals and even Motif-based on Sparc, but when running them through a browser, the auto-skip feature does not work on any field.  

Is there a way around this or is this a known bug??
