Replication problem

I have master to master replication, it was working all the while and since yesterday moring the dba_jobs doesn't work at all. The count for the deftran is increasing. There isn't any trace files.

After i issue a,
exec dbms_defer_sys.execute(destination => 'WASPRDBK.WORLD', stop_on_error => true);

The process is hung, can anybody help me on this pls.
