I just upgraded installations of Discoverer/2000 here at FDA. The upgrade
was from DESIGNER/2000 ro 3.1. On a machine that had the ORACLE client on
it's own local disc the upgrade was fine. The other upgrade was to a network
disk and when we tried to log on to discovere we got a TNS unale to resolve
database name (when we went in through ORACLE forms it was fine.) What
could be the problem and how can I fix it?
