Export error

We are using Oracle 7.3 on an SGI system. When exporting a table (regardless of the table), we receive the following error:

EXP-00008: ORACLE error 904 encountered
ORA-00904: invalid column name
EXP-00000: Export terminated unsuccessfully

The import appears to run fine & since this error appears regardless of the table exported, it's not an invalid column within the table.

Any ideas?
