Log on to the server or the database ONLY with a non-privileged account and only switch to a privileged account just before and only for the duration of the task which requires the privileges. exit to the non-privileged account immediately after completion of the task. Only strict discipline will lower the risk of accidents ( but not completely eliminate it ).
