Is it the same session that is generating the trace? Please check for SQL_TRACE column in v$session.
Also it is possible that trace might be enabled at profile level in Oracle apps. Please check in FND_PROFILE_OPTIONS_VL view for profile_option_name like '%AFLOG_ENABLED%' or profile_option_name like '%FND_INIT_SQL%' and disable it.
