Grid and proxy

We are trying to work grid via proxy, to access servers in different tiers. We have problems with online operations, of authenticating the user in the remote servers, as it seems that the proxy does not pass the user to the target.

Have anyone implement grid with proxy?
Grid 10.20.4 on windows.
