Yes, and if you just want the count of logins at each snapshot, you can use this query rather than having to run a bunch of statspack reports to get it:

select a.snap_time, b.value from stats$snapshot a, stats$sysstat b where a.snap_id = b.snap_id and b.name = 'logons current' and a.snap_time > sysdate-1 order by 1;

statspack also give session counts for each snapshot IIRC.
