First hit in google for "oracle 9i nfs". Not a bad place to start, if you can trust Mr. Closson. J

Subject: database and NFS

Hi All,

I tried to find some Oracle notes on metalink related to database and NFS usage for 9i, but no luck.

Do you use database on NFS file system? Did you have any problems/issues?

On metalink I saw some notes which mentioned about NSF from version 10g, but also I found a lot of notes with issues/errors.

Any feedback will be really appreciated.

Thanks.
