Upon announcing to our new ERP vendor that I had just returned fresh from the five Oracle7 Intro/DBA classes, the vendor's tech lead told me he was going to break our test database multiple times in some random ways and I needed to fix it each time.
Best training ever.
And my BCHR was 99.99% for that first year or two...
