according to the login error below "my oracle

seems to be running Siebel :
Service Error: bug:get: javax.xml.rpc.soap.SOAPFaultException: Error Code: 10879185 Error Message: Error: Login failed attempting to connect to siebel.TCPIP.None.None://

does that fact account for all "unwanted features" we encounter?
I reported couple of the mos-issues as non-technical sr's. no feedback that helps
