Buffer exterminate seems to happen in dynamic buffer cache resizes.
I think it would be ironic if ADDM is telling you the DBA to look into
it, ie ADDM should be able to tell you why it's resizing, unless you
are doing something like
Alter system set db_cache_size=50M;
