Ok
It seems you can not do this,
You actually need to find exactly which message failed, dequeue this message en re-enqueue on system,=20
If anyone else know of another way please enlighten me.

Subject: transfer message from error queue back to normal queue ????
Hi all
=20
I have had a message that was failing past the 5 tries/default for the
queue.
=20
The message is now sitting on the error queue, I have thought fixed the
problem.
=20
The qtab.state column is saying =3D3 and the message is on the error queu=
e
now,
=20
How can I transfer it back onto the normal queue so that it can be
processed.?
