That would be great! Thanks Dennis. My boss is not technical at all. Project lead is somewhat technical, but not much at all. I am just looking for some basic tricks I can do and undo or others to improve things... for now just to get firmer on my feet with the new "suit".

Some things that will impress a non-technical boss fall flat around a technical one. If you have a existing database, I have an audit form that will help you find changes you should make so the database is more reliable, secure, etc.
