anyone using Oracle Express?

I'm doing the "read the fine manual" bit and will be searching Metalink, OTN and Googling for info on this product. That I don't need help with. But all that does is tell me what Oracle says the product does.

In addition, I'm looking for "war stories", good AND bad, from people who have actually used Oracle Express. We've done the merger bit and I've had it suggested to me by upper upper management that this is a good thing to be looking into to handle a current application/database. And before comments start on PHBs and the non-technical making technical suggestions, the other company in the merger is using it for a similar database/app and that's why it was suggested.

I *will* be having talks with the technical person on that side, but since he is based in Munich and I am based in NY it's not going to happen for a few weeks (until he comes over here). I'd like to get a headstart on this so we don't waste time with the baby step explanations.
