Microsoft's ODBC driver for Oracle will allow for the use of index-by tables (arrays) as an OUT parameter when called from MS code such as ASP.

Oracle's ODBC drivers do not allow that.

Seems that the MS driver makes use of an undocumented 'feature' of ODBC.
