There is a serious bug in 9i rac dealing with transportable tablespaces. Oracle has a patch coming in september. So if you need to do regular refreshes of data, with transportable tablespaces you may get ORA-600 errors. We found the first time we transport the tablespaces its ok, but when we do it the next day,(or a few times after that) it fails with ORA-600 errors and we can't push the data.

Its a known bug and a critical problem to any hybrid system.
