Because of our 3rd Party app we have to use BLOBs and CLOBs. The only thing that we have noticed is that during the backup it slows down.
This is to be expected because of the I/O.

Any body have any type of problem with BLOB object in Oracle 9.2.0.4?

I have heard that BLOB type have some problem during the backup. Any idea?
