Euphemism for "Oracle Discoverer" in many cases.

It is about the ability of mgt. to know how their company is doing, e.g. sales reports, etc.

Someone posted an item on Wal-Mart and K-Mart recently, that kind of thing.

If Mgt. doesn't have accurate info on how their company is doing, the company may be headed in the wrong direction.

My (simplistic) take on it.
