Jay - You have received some great suggestions on this and no doubt you are researching them. I'll offer a slightly dumber long shot, but easy to check. What is your PROCESSES set for this instance?

We are getting the following error if we try to create more than 256 connections from the same client. The problem is easily reproducible bt writing simple java program and keep creating connections(do not close it).

Did anyone encounter this kind of issue and how did you solve it?
