OEM: Could not locate dispatch for OEM SDK

Hi List,

When I try to open SQL Analyze utility from OEM, getting the following error in pop-up window.

"Could not locate dispatch for OEM SDK."

"VDOShell.exe" CLSIDFromProgID failed for ProgID OracleSMPConsole2"

Any help would be appreciated.
