Try PL/SQL Developer from Allround Automations. The cost is modest and the tool was developed just for Oracle.

Tools to Execute Stored Procedures in Debug Mode !      

Hi List,

                I am looking for a tool to debug the sql procedures. 
                I tried with TOAD, but at times this is not working.. 

                Any suggestions on any other tools would be great help..
