java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00000: normal, successful completion

Hi List,

After failover we are keep getting the following error message (using JDBC OCI driver).
"java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00000: normal, successful completion"

Oracle Version: 8.1.7.3
OS: Sun Solaris
JDK Version :1.3.1_04
JDBC Driver Type : OCI

The failed over connection cannot be user for any SQL operations.

Any help would be really appreciated.
