Ah Cary, you're not giving yourself enough credit. It'll probably be sold
out by the end of this week at the latest. It's like the "hottest" book out
there now (seriously). I know I showed someone here the pre-released copy
you gave us in the Hotsos 101 class in Chicago, and he was asking when he
could buy the book.

I'm not sure what's up with Amazon. It was released last week, and it's showing up at people's houses now when purchased from other sources.
Consider canceling your Amazon pre-order and buying it direct from oreilly.com.
...I'm pretty sure it's going to be several months before O'Reilly sells all the copies they printed.
