Blind guess: I guess you need to allocate 2 words in order to fit in a 64
bit word.
Sounds easy ;).

Hi there!
I got a question: Can I run Oracle 64 Bit on IBM AIX 32 Bit?
I know that AIX 64 Bit can run either Oracle 32 Bit or 64 Bit.
Does it also work the other way round?
Thanks,
Helmut
