Re: 'query rewrite' system privg

So then a user without query rewrite system privg, would be able to create a materialized view with enable query rewrite clause, but not enable query rewrite for himself.

But this user without query rewrite system privg, would still be able to sucessfully execute :
alter session set query_rewrite_enabled=true; wouldn't that enable query rewrite for him ?
