Got a session just started showing up with an unread message event. Nothing in the 8.1.7 reference on it (that I could find) and not much on Metalink. Not using any replication or queueing to my knowlege, appears to be related to a EMN0 process. Any ideas?

Here is the SQL is executed (appear to be around instance start up).

select location_name from loc$;
