Hello Gurus

I had a weird one to day, all access to Oracle on our oracle database was suddenly lost....
When you try to connect it says that Oracle is on available. However the DB has been up for more than 70 days. The other thing the service was running and the Oracle process and listener was running? No errors in the logs, nothing.
Server: Win2k, Oracle 817.

Has anyone experienced this before???

TIA
