Parallel Query Server died

Dear all DBAs,

What should i check for this error?
"ORA-12805: parallel query server died unexpectedly"

The SQL statement was running well before. There's nothing in the alert log about this error.

I'm using Oracle 8.1.6 on Redhat 7.2.
