As a reviewer I promise that the book will be placed in my bathroom on
top of Lex de Haans Dutch-language SQL introduction, but of course still
below James Morle's Scaling Oracle8i. There are limits as to what I'll
do for my friends.
Seriously, though, if you read Cary's book you should be OK with the rest of your life.
