the biggest trouble with the article is that it does't actually deal
with Oracle's licensing anymore. The UPU died, largely as a result of
complaints, and soon after the article was written.
Not that i applaud Oracle pricing but at least critique on relevant facts.

Does "Oracle Enterprise Edition - Trialware" have all the features as that of a licensed one ? Is RMAN fully functional on a trial version of 9iR2 ?
What makes the difference between these two ?
If there is no difference, how does ORACLE prevent people from using it for PRODUCTION ?
