My understanding was, and this could be entirely wrong, that there is a
patch to OUI which entirely circimvents this problem (OUI 2.2.0.18) and
that this only applied if you had been fast enough to apply 9.2.0.2
first. I.E. an upgrade from 9.2 release to 9.2.0.3 was fine.
I don't like the fact that the updated readme for the 9.2.0.3 patchset appears to include none of this information - after all its an OUI issue :(
