RE: clone from AIX 4.3 to AIX 5.1

I have forms 6i running in 5.1 with oracle 9.2.0 installed on the same machine and all is working
fine.

I know this is accepted on 9iR2 from AIX 4.3.3 to AIX 5L (5.2) we have done it. I believe you will have no issues.

I am going to clone a database from 8i on AIX 4.3.3 and take the files over to a different server running 8i on AIX 5.1. Both are in 32-bit mode. We rebooted our AIX 5.1 server into 32-bit mode to enable us to install 8i. Can I take the files from AIX 4.3 to AIX 5.1?
